Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We are actively expanding our territories regularly. Please get in contact for additional locations by special request

For UK shipments we are using DPD, and European shipments are predominantly made through UPS.

Shipping within the UK will be £5.75, and throughout Europe this will change depending on your region. See the below table for more information. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change, however, we always try to reflect on the real cost where we can.

*UK shipments will be through DPD. DPDs maximum liability for Loss or Damages is up to £100. Any claims must be raised in writing within 14 business days from the ship date.

*EU shipments will predominantly be made through UPS. UPS's maximum liability for Loss or Damages is up to £60. Any claims must be raised in writing within 14 business days from the ship date.

*Australian shipments will be through UPS. UPS's maximum liability for Loss or Damages is up to £60. Any claims must be raised in writing within 14 business days from the ship date. Please note the prices quoted are for the main cities and there might be additional charges for additional areas.

*New Zealand shipments will be through DHL. The maximum liability is £26.00 per kilo by air. Please note the prices quoted are for the main cities and there might be additional charges for additional areas.
