Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • The item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

    • Custom or personalised products


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. First, check your bank account again.

    2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. Next, contact your bank. Processing time may vary.
