Our returns policy

We appreciate sometimes items may need to be returned. We request that anything returned is still in the same condition as it was when delivered.

Before returning, we do request photos or a video demonstrating the product is exactly as it was and then we will be able to assist you processing a refund.

Customers have 14 days to return unwanted items.

If you are returning items after the 14 day we'll be able to provide you with an e-voucher valid for 6 months to be redeemed on the website. The e-voucher will be shared by email.

Any items returned that aren't in the same condition as you received them in will not be processed.

The return address will be provided upon confirmation the item is in the same condition as it was delivered.
